Heike [Hyka] Mitchell is a consultant with a profound understanding of human behavior. Her background is in counseling psychology, for which she received her doctoral degree. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at UCSF in the Employee Assistance Program working with faculty, staff, leadership, physicians, residents, and other frontline healthcare staff.
Drawing from the latest research in psychology and neuroscience, she employs evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs, aspirations, and challenges. Heike believes in addressing the whole person – your strengths, values, and beliefs. Through her compassionate and non-judgmental approach she creates a safe space and will provide the guidance, support, and accountability necessary to navigate obstacles, overcome self-doubt, and unlock your full potential. This can be a transformative journey towards self-discovery and personal growth.
